Carousel!

About a month ago Gracie came up to me and said, "I'd like to go to a carnival so I can ride on the carousel." Well, Prescott doesn't have a carousel anywhere, and there was no carnival on the horizon. So we told her the next time we were near a carousel we'd let her go for a ride. On our recent trip to TX to visit Matt's family, Matt and I had the same idea as we drove through Phoenix. We both thought of malls we knew that had carousels. We drove right past Matt's idea, so we decided that would be the perfect place to stop for lunch. So we hopped out of the van and went into the mall. We didn't tell the kids before we just let them see the carousel. They both were so excited and galloped the whole way to the carousel! So here are a few pictures of our time at the Arizona Mills Carnival... and their amazing Carousel. Poor Matt was trying to get pictures as we moved around, so here are a few that aren't so blury!
Gracie got an orange horse... her favorite color!
Aaron got a yellow half horse half sea creature thing. He loves yellow, just like his Daddy!

Christmas

I always forget that they put the pictures in reverse order when I put them up here, so here is Christmas Morning.... backwards! :)
Sneakers... so very tired from all the excitement fell asleep on the bean bag chair
Silly Shellhart Family:)

Sorry for the yellow pictures, we were trying to do them without a flash, so Aaron would keep his eyes open. Silly kid!

Opening Presents

All they wanted for Christmas were footy pj's, so Christmas eve we opened our traditional Christmas eve gift... Pajama's!!! We even found some footy pj's for Aaron! It made his Christmas. We have a new way to measure excited... "Aaron was footy pajama excited!"
I'll get some other pictures up soon of the past few weeks. Sorry I've been behind!
